The way cables are fixed into place is very important. Poor clamping can damage the cable or put undue strain on cable terminations or the cable conductors, sheathing or insulation. Intertech designs and manufactures a range of CABUS cable clamps as well as supplying a range of ASEPlas and Prysmian cable cleats. This ensures we have the cable clamps and cleats to suit all cable types and applications.

CABUS Cable Clamps

The CABUS range of clamps are Australian-made using marine grade cast aluminium. A complete range of single way and trefoil clamps are available.

 

KOZ Clamps

The KOZ range of clamps are made from light-weight UV resistant glass-fibre reinforced polyamide material. The clamps are suitable for Indoor and Outdoor installations, and have been extensively tested in UL and KEMA laboratories.

    The ST and STC clamps are single way type clamps. Each clamp size accepts a wide range of cable diameters, and can be easily stacked. The STC clamps have an additional centre fixing hole in the base of the clamp.

    The TRI clamps are designed for trefoil cable installations. The clamps are designed to withstand high short-circuit currents and accept a wide range of cable diameters.

    The UNI mounting block system is designed to house large numbers of cables together. The blocks can be interlocked to arrange large numbers of cables in a horizontal spaced configuration, and then can also be stacked vertically.

Torgy Atlantic ASEPlas Cable Cleats

Torgy ASEPlas Cable Cleats are manufactured from a glass reinforced composite material. The cleats are a high strength design for medium and high voltage cables. As well as conventional single and trefoil applications, the cleats are ideal for bridges, tunnels and masts.
